Christmas Opening Hours

The countdown has begun we are within 2 weeks of Christmas. Many customers are Shopping Online and ordering goods for delivery in time for Christmas.

Please note that the last day for orders to be dispatched from our store is Tuesday the 22nd of December 2020.

If you have used the Click and Collect option, the last day for Collection is Saturday the 19th of December 2020, up until 12:00pm.

Polarisquad (Congleton Garden Machinery) will be Closed from the 22nd December 2020 to the 4th January 2021, this includes both the offices and the showroom.

Please note that between this period we will still be taking orders online which will be processed on our return - from the 04th of January 2021 onwards.

On our return on Monday the 4th January 2021, we will begin to process and dispatch orders, and answer any outstanding email enquiries as quickly as possible.

Some orders placed online will include items that we will have to order from our Suppliers, we will notify you of this and of any delays if this so happens. Allowing you then to make a choice whether you would like to keep the order on or request a FULL REFUND.
